ITS Offers Password Assistance Hotline Weekend of Feb. 3-4

To assist the University community with any questions or issues that may arise with Access Account password changes, ITS will provide a Password Assistance Hotline during the weekend of Feb. 3-4, 2007.

The hotline will be available on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Sunday from noon to 6:30 p.m. For assistance during these hours, call 814-863-1035 or send e-mail to helpdesk@psu.edu.
For anyone requiring the use of a signature station, Pollock Lab and Pattee Lab will have staff available to provide walk-in assistance. Pollock Lab will have continuous coverage over the weekend, and Pattee Lab will be staffed Saturday, February 3, 2007, from noon to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, February 4, 2007, from 2:00 p.m. to midnight.
The Willard Help Desk will open Sunday, February 4, 2007, at 6:30 p.m. as usual.
