Information Technology Purchase Exception Request Form - Use this form to request an exception to the College policies (see below) regarding number and/or type of equipment that will be supported or proprietary programming.

Support Software/hardware list - This is the official list of supported hardware and software for the college.

 

External Penn State Forms

Application for Academic Computer Use - This form is used to apply for an account number for use of Academic Services and Emerging Technologies computer resources in instruction, course preparation, or research under supervision of a member of the faculty or staff. This form is also used to revise a "P" Account.

Access Acount Application - This form is used to request an Access Account from Academic Services and Emerging Technologies (ASET). An Access Account enables you to use ASET labs, send and receive electronic mail, look up your academic records (if applicable), and use the full range of Internet services.
